Withdrawal, Refunds and Digital Content Policy

This policy applies together with mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

1. Switzerland

Swiss e-commerce law does not provide a general statutory 14-day cooling-off period for online orders.

2. EU consumers

Where EU consumer law applies, a 14-day withdrawal period generally applies. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may end after supply begins only if the consumer first expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.

3. Failure or defect

If paid digital content is not supplied or does not conform, VoxAudio will first take reasonable steps to restore access or conformity. Mandatory remedies may include price reduction, termination or refund.

4. Refund request

Email y.korch@ahh-tradehouse.com with the account email, payment date and amount, product and problem description. Never send a full card number.

5. Timing

Approved refunds are made without undue delay and within any mandatory legal deadline; final bank posting time also depends on the payment provider and bank.
