The VoxAudio operator controls the service data. The full legal identity and postal address must be published before commercial activity as required by law.

2. Data processed
Account, purchase, subscription, payment-status, security, device/browser, cookie, listening and support data may be processed. VoxAudio does not store full payment-card numbers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Processing supports contract performance, access, payments, security, support, legal obligations and legal claims. Where GDPR applies, legal bases may include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent.
4. Recipients and transfers
Necessary data may be shared with hosting/infrastructure, payment and email providers, advisers and authorities where legally required. Infrastructure may use servers in Switzerland and Germany. Required safeguards are used for transfers to countries without adequate protection.
5. Retention
Data are retained only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, contract, security and mandatory legal retention periods, then deleted or anonymised unless further retention is legally required.
6. Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability and may withdraw consent for future processing. Complaints may be made to the Swiss FDPIC or the competent EU/EEA authority.

Campaign attribution
After analytics consent, we may store a recognised campaign marker in the current tab’s sessionStorage for up to 30 minutes from opening the link. It contains no name, email address or visitor identifier and is not shared between domains. The latest recognised campaign replaces the previous one; unknown campaign tags clear it. Refusing or withdrawing consent removes the marker and stops new analytics events. Daily totals by site, campaign and event are retained without automatic deletion. Full page URLs, arbitrary UTM values and IP addresses are not stored in these aggregates. Withdrawal does not remove totals already recorded.
